Dry Ice Machine

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]There is no better way to create a fairy tale first dance at your wedding, than using dry ice. Dry ice creates a “dancing on the clouds” effect by creating a heavy layer of odorless smoke that lays low on the ground for you and your partner to dance on. Just imagine how beautiful your wedding photos and videos will look with the cloud effect on the dance floor beneath you. Some couples are usually feeling a bit nervous about their first dance, especially if they spent hours rehearsing a special dance routine. Dry ice is the perfect solution. This effect has a tendency to distract your guests attention from your nervousness and make this special moment with you and your partner even more romantic.

Dry ice is not only for the first dance. We have used dry ice by shooting it through the door into the venue, before a special guest, entertainer, or the bride & groom at a wedding are introduced. The effect is very dramatic and adds a really fun start to an event.

Our dry ice offer comes with the machine and an experienced operator who will set everything up and make sure everything is just how it’s supposed to be, so you can enjoy your day carefree.

What is the difference between Dry Ice and a Fog Machine? Can they both be used for the first dance?

Dry ice machines are basically a huge pot of boiling hot water. The dry ice, which is a frozen carbon dioxide, is dipped into this boiling hot water and a dense white smoke is shot out through the spout. Because this is a cold air, it stays on the floor and it dissipates through the room.

Fog machines use a special fluid made of water and glycerin. The liquid gets pulled into a heat exchange in the machine, which heats the fluid up into a vapor. Fog does not stay low on the ground, it is a hot air, and so it rises, usually creating a very smoky or hazy look. It also does come with an odour, and it can set off fire alarms in a venue.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/6″][/vc_column][vc_column width=”2/3″]
